Name/Structure?

At the Sunday session we agreed that we would form a network of people working in Aboriginal/non-Aboriginal alliances and/or for decolonization and reconciliation, that we would arrange a way to communicate electronically and that we could possibly coordinate some joint activities and/or actions. Do people have suggestions for a name, some thoughts about how this entity should be organized and what it could do?
It was proposed that we could create a new organization, perhaps a new version of CASNP or an alliance of alliances; others were wary of anything too centralized and preferred a loose communications network among independent groups ("one no, many yeses" was how one person characterized this approach to political organizing). It was also suggested that we could operate along the lines of the World Social Forum -- could someone explain how that forum is organized?
We also need to discuss HOW we want to communicate -- this discussion forum is a beginning, but people may want a list serve (e-mailing list), a different web site, or a quick response set-up like move-on.org.
